Objective of RAISE
Increase employability and productivity of low-income youth, existing entrepreneur and returnee migrants, especially those affected by the COVID crisis.
Budget: USD 250 Million of which World Bank’s Contribution will be USD 150 million and PKSF’s contribution will be USD 100 million. Out of total budget, amount of loan component is USD 200 Million.
Target Beneficiaries:
- PKSF will provide Entrepreneurship development Training to 90,000 youth entrepreneurs for ensuring full time employment;
- 50,000 COVID affected self-employed those were previous borrowers and need assistance in re-establishing enterprise/activities;
- PKSF will ensure skills development training for 40,000 youth through engaging them with the master craftsman (Ustad)
- 7,000 Master Craftsman (Ustad) hosting apprentices
